Shipping

We aim to ship orders within 1-3 working days. (This does not include bank holidays or weekends) Parcels will be sent via Royal Mail, Tracked 24 or 48 hours delivery, options available at checkout. Please note during busy periods such as a new release or Christmas we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible but please allow up to 7 days for your order to be shipped.

Local Pick-up

Collection hours are between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, in Bath at our studio.

An email MUST be sent to [email protected] to arrange collection. This is to ensure the parcel is ready for collection and a location will be emailed to you.

Personalised Items

Please note personalised items are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty. It is vitally important that when you place your order that you check all details, including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammar are correct as we copy what we get sent, therefore we cannot be held responsible.

Returns/Refunds

Please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery, if your order is incorrect. Please note if we are not contacted within 14 days of delivery, we will be unable to return/refund the item(s). Shoppers are responsible for sending back any items (this includes any free items sent with the order) in their original condition and where possible orders must be returned in the original packaging. Shoppers will also be responsible if any damage has happened to the products on return. Shoppers will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We would recommend using a tracked shipping to send back to us, as if lost in transit the return will be void. Once we receive the return and an inspection is made a refund will be processed, not including the initial postage charge. Please allow up to 7 working days for the money to appear in your account.

Damaged Items

If for any reason your order arrives damaged, or is faulty, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery, please attach as many photos as possible so we able to see the issue/damaged or faulty product. If we are not contacted within 14 days of delivery, we will be unable to take responsibility for the damage.

Lost Parcels

In the unlikely event that you have not received your order please contacts us at [email protected]. Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to arrive. All parcels will be sent with tracking information, and if your order is undelivered/lost, we cannot be held responsible for any lost items in transit. At this stage it would need to go through courier to claim for loss parcel.
